BD-Live actually works! I had the Sony BDP-s350 before this and the BD-Live feature always told me that my harddrive was full, when in reality I never used it. BD-Live and LG-Live work perfectly with this player.

#samsung_bd_p2550 Bought this in 12/2008. A month or two later, started experiencing problems with brand-new blu ray discs freezing for a moment and then resuming--stop/start, stop/start. Figured it would be fixed through firmware. Wasn't. Samsung has horrible customer service policy--expects you to pay for shipping to/from and for labor after initial 3 month period.
Don't buy Samsung blu ray players. The company thinks you and I are chumps!
