Pioneer Elite BDP-120

The Pioneer Elite BDP-120 is a Profile 2.0 blu-ray player that features HDMI 1.3a and Dolby TrueHD / DTS-HD bit-streaming. The first in the Pioneer BDP series, the BDP-120 offers 1080p true 24FPS video output, not to mention a limited picture control suite, BD Live without internal memory, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby Digital Plus.

In addition, the BDP-120 comes equipped with an Ethernet jack for BD-Live & firmware updates, TrueHD / DTS-HD master audio decoding, and USB expandable memory including HDD. The BDP-120 also features an external 1GB flash drive. Slated to drop sometime in April 2009, the BDP-120 is estimated to retail for somewhere between $300 and $400.
